Since 1991

Built by dispatchers, for dispatchers.

PSCA began as a regional peer network and continues as a practical resource for emergency communications professionals across California's Central Valley.

The Public Safety Communications Association (PSCA) began in 1991 when a group of dedicated 911 dispatchers came together informally across Fresno, Madera, Merced, Mariposa, Kings, and Tulare counties. Their goal was to build peer support, share best practices, and advance dispatcher training across the Central Valley.

Today, PSCA continues to serve as a vital resource for emergency communications professionals, providing training opportunities, networking events, and a supportive community for those who serve on the front lines of public safety.
