PSCA is sponsoring up to 3 students to attend the Basic Dispatch Academy starting June 15 at the Fresno City College, First Responder Campus. Scholarship is for High School students and covers tuition. E-mail essay on why you are the best candidate by Friday May 1st, 2026.
